Multiple page support in invoices print #158

Header and footer settings should carry forward to every page of the print.

Make A4 setting default

It's not proper when enabling margins.

Solved for margins enabled. But now it misbehaves when margins disabled.

It is partially solved. New page should come to new page. I did not handle extra margins due to page break.
