Tax behaviour while Estimate & Bill #167

  1. When Tax is Enabled from Settings

    • When Job Card & Estimate, it should not show Tax checkboxes on UI
    • When Bill, It should show Tax checkboxes, Enabled.

  2. When Tax is Disabled from Settings

    • When Job Card & Estimate, it should not show Tax checkboxes on UI
    • When Bill, It should show Tax checkboxes, Disabled.
    • Also add settings shortcut icon which opens the side pan with All the Tax related settings. (Same as the icon of Partial Payments)
    • Same behaviour for Edit Service.
