Arrangement of Years in Dashboard Month Calendar #213

Arrange it such way that the previous year come by clicking the left arrow and next year should come by clicking the right arrow.

Right now the implementation is other way around. To check it, dump Auto Clinic's backup.

On clicking the dashboard calendar it shows previous year (2015) first, and not the 2016. It should show current year 2016 on opening the calendar.

Also, minimize the text when possible. e.g. Possible Filter Range: May, April 2015, June; July, August, Sept 2016;

Current Filter Range: May, April 2015; Sept 2016; Text should be: 2015 | Sept 2016

Also add Everything button explicitly, which selects all the months for that year.
