It misbehaves when Job Card/Estimate is default setting and Tax is enabled #228

Steps:

  1. Enable Tax
  2. Set Job Card/Estimate as default in Settings.
  3. Now add Service and check the taxing behaviour by switching Job Card to/or Estimate to/or Bill

    Actual Result:

Tax is showing for Job Card/ Estimate when they are default and Tax is enabled.

Expected Result:

When Job Card/ Estimate, it should not show tax at all. On switching to Bill, it should show Tax, as per #167
