Cave 2.0 part/runscontainer #252

Moves all configurator - data into a RunsContainer-object, to avoid having to call internal CAVE-structs for budget-based optimization. Will make a lot of new changes possible at all. Also, moves get_html and get_jupyter into BaseAnalyzer. Yay.
