A compatibility patch to enable MUMBO to work with one-hot encoded categorical parameters. It's strictly intended to work with the case of exactly one fidelity parameter and I'm still testing it out - I suspect that categorical fidelity parameters that need to be one-hot encoded will bug out (as I've observed in a few tests).
