Smac interface #31

This pullrequest concernes issues #8 and #30.

@mlindauer I added the interface as requested. In the SMACInterface branch I added a notebook to show how the new interface works. I further the other requested interface that uses an X and y as input. This is also demonstrated in the notebook.

Hi, I like the new interface a lot. Nicely done! I haven't checked the code but the notebook provides a nice example for the interface. (Maybe we should also provide exemplary notebooks for SMAC)
