No instructions for running the tests #69

I couldn't find instructions on how to run the tests, except for the call to coverage in the .travis.yml file. It would be nice to give your standard testing call in the readme and/or the installation docs.

We added a new heading in the Installation section called "Testing" which now includes the instructions to run all the tests.
