Difference in AutoWeka Results #71

Why there is a difference in the performance of AutoWeka models if execute them for three hours and 6 hours. Theoretically, the performance in 6 hours should be better or the same as in three hours but in my case, autoweka is reporting a performance degradation in 6 hours. Why it behaving like this???
