Debate on the choice of the name "run_args"

I feel like this naming caused confusion before in the lectures. Would it be possible to explicitly call the argument as setup_config_path: Path | str? I debated whether to call it something like setup_yaml_path but I figure we don't want to lock ourselves into saying yaml. --Eddie, on PR #61
