FIX install errors #39

This fixes #19 and #35. I tested it locally with python setup.py sdist pip install dist/pyrfr-0.7.2.tar.gz I also uploaded it to pypitest to verify that the installation works fine remotely. The package is only installed once and no build errors appear.
