SLAM + obviously easy deployment package #13

I added the obviously system dependencies and a .rosinstall file to clone a compatible obviously version. We only need to run $ wstool update and $ rosdep install ohm_tsd_slam

Then we are able to build the SLAM and obviously with $ catkin_make
