Could not sync to the latest block

v0.3.0 on Ubuntu 16.04 I keep getting a 'Could not sync to the latest block' error pop up regularly in the GUI and shows up in the terminal as well:

Per Slack channel I restarted after I think somebody sent me funds and I don't seem to be getting the error now. I have 10 ETH now! :)
