Show receipt as a modal on transaction success #40

This includes:

Display a button to navigate to the Transaction List on every "Waiting for receipt" screen
If "Waiting..." screen is still active when transaction succeeds, show the tx receipt as a modal screen
When modal is closed, navigate to top of current stack (e.g. navigate to Converter screen when closing a conversion receipt modal)

Other changes:

Force dismissing keyboard when closing modals or toggling navigation drawer
Show tx type icons in receipt
Add "copy to clipboard" feature to transaction hash in receipt
Add "copy to clipboard" icons in receipt
