Revise Rescan Transactions option #84

Pull-to-refresh and Rescan Transactions share some functionality:

Result \ Action Pull Rescan
Clear tx list x
Retrieve all txs x x
Restart the app x

The option and explanatory text in the Tools page should be revised.
