Add logo to readme (as we are doing for all MET projects)
Improve readme format

Travis seems to have had a problem?

@filcap Can you check why the build is failing? I only changed .md 😅

@ianaya89 some of the tests are finicky with Travis becuase they depend on system time. It is a known issue, usually just needs to be restarted. I'll make sure it clears green. For future, if you change files that dont effect build, you can add [ci skip] to commit message.
