Common Problems Refresh

The goal of this update is to refresh the content and remove outdated error and warning messages that are no longer relevant or have been corrected since they were posted.

Remove any errors that have not been mentioned at least once in the past year on Discord, including in language channels. This should close #193
Provide a cleaner, more readable format that aggregates common problems.
Remove dependencies from the Getting Started page, as one is already addressed in the Common Problems section, and the other (libcomp) appears to no longer be necessary.

Specific Feedback Request

What are your thoughts on the wording and usefulness of the Last Confirmed section under each issue? This could help keep the content current, but it may become problematic if it is not regularly updated.
