Currently, the space pledged is only displayed for Gemini II

In order to make it visible for all chains we need:

store mappings of chains and RPC endpoints (unfortunately we cannot get RPC endpoints from Telemetry backend)
create @polkadot/api client instance for each chain, fetch solution ranges and save to state
re-fetch solution ranges periodically

Looks like the restriction to just Gemini 2a is on this line.
