Update README Manta configuration #40

This updates the README to more clearly state how to configure Manta.

I made what I think is a correction in https://github.com/autopilotpattern/wordpress/pull/40/commits/de44ebb5501394c31c5a6508a9b97df056612a6b, but revert or let's discuss if you think I was wrong.

You don't want to make similar changes in https://github.com/heyawhite/wordpress/blob/readme-update-manta/setup.sh#L151-L156 ?

You're not wrong, that makes sense. I've also updated setup.sh -- if anything, that change was probably even more important (for those who aren't readers of the README).
