Update MonitorControl CodeSignature requirement #103

Signing certificate has changed as per https://github.com/MonitorControl/MonitorControl/releases/tag/v4.3.2

Just to add this looks like an expected change to the code signature. The developers release notes call out the change in the latest release.

Due to a change in app signature, if you are still running v4.2.0, auto-update will not work. You need to download and install this version manually.
