Recipes updated for name change from "Microsoft Teams.app" to "Microsoft Teams classic.app", and rtrouton's new download parent recipe.

I haven't used this recipe in many months. I think it can be deprecated, unless you want to update it to use new Teams installer.

Classic Microsoft Teams is no longer being maintained by Microsoft, in favor of their new Teams app.
The com.github.rtrouton.download.microsoftteamsclassic recipe downloads the new Teams install pkg, not the older "classic" pkg.
