Update MicrosoftRemoteDesktop.munki.recipe #107

Removes the unnecessary use of com.github.keeleysam.recipes.GoogleTalkPlugin/MunkiPkginfoReceiptsEditor (which is currently broken).

Since the recipe creates a Munki installs array, the package receipts are not consulted.
