Deleted local (out-of-date) copies of GHReleaseInfo Processor. Bumped version numbers accordingly as it was released in core with .5. Cleaned up whitespace in munki recipes. Tested only release version is fetched now for sal-scripts, along with all other modified download/munki recipes to make sure they're still functional.
