Include Uninstall Script in Crypt Munki Recipe #11

This would include the provided uninstall script in the recipe, since an uninstall via Munki without it would "brick" the device. Technically the user can't login if you uninstall Crypt via removepackage.

All this does is remove the entries from the auth database. It does not remove the files that are actually installed.

that's right, but shouldn't the rest be removed by munki's removepackage?
