Adds an input variable of PYTHON3PATH to allow admins to specify a corp-specific path. Defaults to using the Munki embedded Python, though.
Updates the installcheck_script to use Python 3.
Leaves preuninstall_script alone for now (still on Python 3).

Argh, I forgot about this. Would you mind re-doing this against the Crypt.munki recipe?
