Rework MakerBot Desktop recipes to make custom processors unnecesssary #10

This PR adjusts the MakerBot recipes such that the two custom processors they formerly used are no longer necessary. Using core AutoPkg processors will reduce maintenance as we move to Python 3, and will also streamline recipe audits.
