Removed MunkiInstallsItemsCreator key from pkg recipe

@wegotoeleven the munki recipe probably needs resulting changes as well

@apizz I'm not familiar enough with Munki to do this, so I'd request some assistance if poss. Still, the Munki-specific config shouldn't be in a download recipe imo.
