Add EndOfCheckPhase processor #15

The EndOfCheckPhase processor allows administrators to use autopkg run --check, which is typically used to check for newly available software versions but not process any subsequent steps. It's typical to include the EndOfCheckPhase processor in most .download recipes.

This recipe should be EOL'd or fixed, as it only grabs updates for Finale 2014. I will investigate once I get through the September push. Also, "fixing" would include adding code signature verification.
