Thanks for suggesting a PR. The way I use this recipe is to change the NAME to include the architecture, which allows me to make it more human-readable (e.g., Processing-Intel, Processing-AppleSilicon). Your PR would be less effective for me. Since recipe users need to make an override for each architecture, I don't see there being a greater benefit to the community to do it the way you have suggested. So unfortunately, I will not be accepting your PR.
