Fixed mBlock download recipe #154

Changed recipe to download from new direct link rather than scraping the webpage for download URL. The structure of the download URL changed some time ago and this recipe has been failing since then so thought I would contribute the fix. Also fixed a small typo in the recipe description as well. Have tested this version of the recipe now downloads the latest version correctly.
