OS_REQUIREMENTS 
    <string>10.15.x,10.14.x,10.13.x,10.12.x,10.11.x,10.10.x,10.9.x</string>

These do not include 11.0.x and 11.1.x but it appears the package will install and run (with rosetta 2).
