There's no longer any need for the custom CCC URL provider, since URLDownloader follows the redirects generated by Bombich's PHP script.
Tested successfully and confirmed same version is fetched before and after change: https://gist.github.com/homebysix/fb514e027f76bc3aa8d556e2755a0093
