update duo recipes to reflect new name #166

Duo changed the name of their app again. This PR replaces all reference to Duo Device Health with Duo Desktop in the existing recipes.

Notes:

  1. This does not update the munki recipe to explicitly detect existing installs of Duo Device Health.app as the same app.
  2. This does not change the munki preinstall script to reference the new name since the docs at https://duo.com/docs/device-health do not (yet) specify a new preference path.
