This PR has a few small tweaks to the JetBrainsURLProvider.py script; namely it...

Modifies the the description value text (for the platform key) to explicitly denote macM1 as an option
Alphabetizes the PRODUCT_CODES list
Adds the DataSpell and Rider products to the list
