Mono: AutoPkg doesn't recognize update without sub version #30

When running the Mono recipe, if any version of 6.12.0 exists in the munki repo (e.g. 6.12.0.107), the recipe will correctly download but not import the newly downloaded version e.g. (6.12.0.122).
