OxygemXMLEditor issue #9

URLTextSearcher is failing: "Error in local.munki.OxygenXMLEditor: Processor: URLTextSearcher: Error: No match found on URL: https://www.oxygenxml.com/xml_editor/download_oxygenxml_editor.html?os=MacOSX"
