Create munkitools6-signed.munki.recipe #459

Duplicate of the existing munkitools6 recipe that pulls the signed version from the MacAdmins Open Source repo instead of the primary Munki repo.

-vvv run log: munkitools6-signed.munki.recipe.log

EDIT: Alternatively I could edit #458 and add a variable option so the existing recipe would default to the official release but could easily be changed to download the signed version instead.

I made this PR461 as an alternative to a completely separate recipe.

Yep, that is what I suggested I could do with my already open #458. Either way gets us to the same end result.

Since #458 Looks to be an unrelated change, any issues going with #461 for this?
