Change Process from dict to array #4

After looking at the examples here I agree that this was incorrect and will merge this change. Was this breaking recipes that depended on any of my processors?

Hi @robperc — this shouldn't affect anybody who depends upon your processors, as long as they are following the instructions on the page you linked above.
