I believe the manually entered installs item for EndNote is incorrect causing Munki to continually offer the app for update.
It didn't seem worth setting up a pull-request for, but I am happy to do it if you'd prefer.
The path should read "/Applications/EndNote 20/EndNote 20.app" here (note the first "20" is missing):
