tweaked version 12 recipe to download 14

Thanks for adding this (and the munki recipe)! Could you double-check the identifier and update any other other remnants of version 12 from the recipe? (The Munki recipe refers to a version 14 download recipe but this one's identifier is still from 12)

Sorry about that. Threw it together too fast. Should have removed remnants of 12.
