Updated Processing.download git repo and code signature. #98

The latest Processing github repo has moved from processing/processing to processing/processing4

Updated the github_repo value to the new repo and the code signature to match the new version of Processing.

I have a new download recipe for Processing 4 that also supports retrieving the Intel-only installer (rather than the Universal "Apple Silicon" installer). On that basis, I'd recommend rejecting this pull request and retaining your current download recipe for a period of time for those who wish to download Processing 3.

@jazzace Thanks for chiming in on this one. @dmerner Have you tried https://github.com/autopkg/jazzace-recipes/tree/master/Processing%20Foundation? I'm going to close this issue in favour of recommending folks use Anthony's Processing 4 recipes.
