REMOVED CanRxProcessing and CanTxProcessing from CanController struct as they are Pre-compile Variants .Added to cfg.h file SWS Item ECUC_Can_00318 ECUC_Can_00317

FIXED Can_MainFunction_Write() and Can_MainFunction_Read() according to these changes
