Fixes in CanIf_Lcfg_PBcfg Branch:

• remove the user tx confirmation names from CanIf_Cfg.h as they are implemented in post build file
• in CanIf_Types.h line # 452 modify it to be CanIfTxPduUserTxConfirmationName insted of CanIfTxPduUserTxConfirmationNam (spelling mistake)
