Ah; no. It's more of a 'todo' (probably needs an appropriate comment tbf).

The actual halt instruction will eventually allow a debugger or other execution manager to 'pause' the test and then resume it from the same point, but I haven't implemented it yet.

It'll need more extensive work when we get there.
