The package libnl3-cli is providing some of the binaries(nl-link-stats ,nl-list-sockets etc )
as part of libnl3-cli package(system installed) ,earlier it was part of tests in source
This binaries which are coming as part of package libnl3-cli differs in some of the option when compare
to binaries present in test source ,so changed our wrapper to work accordingly with the installed binaries .
