feat: vehicle dashboard #151

Description

Adds a vehicle dashboard to the bottom right to see status of the vehicle. Also updated the shortcuts for vehicle control.

Using WASD or Arrow keys should automatically put vehicle in the Forward / Reverse gears.
Added P key for Parking gear.
