Any features to provide custom build flags at build time? #5

It seems the build tool does not have --symlink-install flag option at build time. It might be nice to have it as an option in the pull down menu. Also, it might be more flexible if users can add custom build options as well.

The option for "symlink-install" was removed from the list of build flags because it was assumed to always be ran with every build command, it is always activated. Can you give more details about custom build options?
