https://github.com/esteve/autoware_packages works now and contains Debian packages generated for the 2023.04 release of Autoware in https://github.com/esteve/autoware_packages/tree/jammy-humble

However, the autoware_packages repository uses my personal AWS credentials, so we should use something else for this repository.
