Adjustements of the tests prepared in the first batch (control commands and reports)

To have tests that verify Autoware functionalities in more accurate way

[x] Ignore test checking control mode (Manual mode not required for now)
[x] Fixed test with Ackermann control - only one case with both velocity and acceleration set to non-zero values
