To prepare 3D models of animals for Autoware testing.

To enable control of animals in the realistic way, valuable for Autoware testing

To increase realism of Autoware simulation in urban environment

[ ] 3D models created, animation created (we can buy assets, but then it can not be added to the OSS version, only binary can be shared )
[ ] Controllers developed
[ ] Sample scenario teted with Autoware

MORAI has several assets for the animals but we have to check if there is license issue for the OSS or not as well.
